We arrived in Savannah, GA at Forsyth Park at about 3:30 pm. It was a beautiful park! Big trees with moss hanging from them, blooming flower bushes, big green grass areas, and the perfect temperature. We walked around for a bit and then found the children's big boys played in the children’s park area where Ozzy and Fitz played. We stayed for about an hour before taking off again. Drove another hour, stopped for dinner (Chick-fil-a) then continued on. We were only two hours out from Saint Augustine, FL. So close!
**So far our car driving routine has been hands on activities, books, or audio books for the morning portion of driving (today it was pipe cleaners and an open-the-flap animal book) and then show or iPad time after lunch. We usually feel it out for after dinner. Fitz and Enzo almost always fall asleep and Ozzy will choose an activity. This routine has been working pretty well for us! Enzo has pretty much stuck to his three nap routine like at home. When he’s awake he looks out the window or plays with the soft book and/or toys we brought for him. He takes a bottle and i can reach back to help him with it or Ozzy will help too. Enzo has done amazingly well! Happy little baby!
No matter what time it is it seems like everyone breaks down for the last 30 minutes before we’re done driving for the night. It’s usually all at once and in unison, haha. They are all fine again once we get out at the hotel for the night but have a boost of energy which is hard to harness in a sleepy hotel. Bedtime gets a bit hectic, but once in bed they settle and fall asleep fairly quickly.

I texted Camie and she said they should get to their first stop in Florida (Saint Augustine) on Tuesday. Stopping in Saint Louis, MO and Nashville, TN and probably a few more places along the way.
