It doesn't take long to get to know Dennis; friendly, sincere, genuine, fun

So here's what I love about Dennis:
  • He is positive and happy
  • He cares about other's feelings 
  • Dennis is always helping other people
  • His better half is definitely his best half - Phyllis Godwin
  • Being with Dennis is a pleasure

Wow. It sounds like I am describing my dad. That's probably the best compliment of all.
Nigeria
​Dennis is a doer and very capable. It was no wonder, to me, to see him given other larger projects. He remodeled a temple in Hawaii and worked on temples in different parts of the land. Finally he ended up being in charge of the temple built in Nigeria. It was the most challenging experience that could be imagined, but Dennis Godwin, a rare person, could handle it. Knowing him as I did, it didn’t surprise me that he was the one who was sent to Africa for that very difficult assignment...what's not to love? more 
Dennis and Phyllis are a riot. Always have been, and I expect they always will be. That's one of many reasons ​why it's so fun to hangout with them.
