3/25/22 - Saint Petersburg, FL
It’s always fun to wake up in a new place you haven’t seen before. This morning was no exception. Our campsite is beautiful. It sits right next to a bayou and the scenery is just perfect. We had a slow morning just exploring around. We like to do that at each new campground. This one has a mini golf course and some fun outdoor games. Ozzy and Fitz also chased a couple of brave squirrels around for quite some time. We had lunch, Fitz took a nap. Then Enzo. Ozzy, Fitz and I went to the pool for a couple hours once Fitzy woke up. Nick stayed back to fish in the bayou on the paddle board while Enzo napped. Then he came to pick us up from the pool. We hopped in went to grab some groceries and a smoothie (we have an actual problem now!) Then it was back to camp for dinner, showers, and eventually bed. It doesn’t sound like much, but it was a really great day. |
