Family reunions

A few years ago, Granny sent an email to the family regarding securing some memories about former family reunions we had as a family. Add to this the frequent family Monday night gatherings, family trips, and other organized events, and we have a number of choice memories to capture and cherish, but we have to do something now so they are not lost.

I don't remember how I got myself into this project but now I'm past the point of no return and need your help. I have been going through files of stuff and came across some things that reminded me of past family reunions we have had. But unfortunately I don't have much in some cases and even the year we had some are unknown to me.
 
One I'm working on was the year? Gregg and Jeff worked on the barn roof. I remember it was a Tropical island paradise. I have the agenda papers (lavender) but the year is not mentioned and I don't have any pictures that I recognize of that event. We did tie dye shirts, outdoor movie, hike to Oowah lake, rafting, water park, luau dinner, raffle, gong show?
 
Another I have started is when Levi came home from his mission. That was Nov.10-12, 2000. We had dinner at Gregg and Terri's home and a talent show (I do have some pictures I think). That was the year I did it by the book (or the internet) and it was exceptionally well organized if you remember and I have Kim and Aaron down for photograpy and scrapbook so for sure they did their job - although I never saw the results of that committee. Some of it was at the Church in CV.
 
Another, is one at Mat and Linda's in 1994 I have a nice packet of pictures taken by Mary but nothing else.
 
Another was July 30-31 and Aug. 1 of ? what year? It was at Buckeye resevoir. I have the flyer Robyn drew but not much else. Help!!!
 
I have a little about one July 10 -12 year unknown to Escalante Petrified Forest State Park, calf creek, devils garden, etc. I have a first draft paper with some notes from Dad about how excited he was - but not much else like pictures or more detail. I think Gregg and Terry were planning this.
 
I'm so sorry we didn't keep a nice journal about these events - we  should have and maybe with your help we can reconstruct them. If you remember others we had or could help me with any of these I would appreciate it. And for sure someone ought to chronicle this years family reunion.
 
We have a nice journal of our 50th Anniversary which is a masterpiece!
 
Let me know what you have or remember and especially if you can figure out the year some of these were held and ones we probably had that I haven't even remembered yet.
