Terri and Gregg,
My family is planning a shindig to celebrate Linda's 50th birthday. We are considering a bunch of different options, one of which is Moab? 
Do you have availability at the B&B for us (my family and Elaine maybe, 8-9) on Friday night 3/23?

Let me know if that's a possibility, and we will discuss.

Mum's the word. Linda knows nothing about this.

Hello Matt,

I only have 2 rooms available; the Garden room with a single queen (would work well for Elaine) and the Sunset Suite with a queen and twin (this would be a nice room for you and Linda). These 2 rooms wouldn't accommodate the whole gang. The kids could stay here at the house.

Have you heard of Greystone Manor--a B&B in Lava Hot Springs?
They are ranked #1 and have five-star reviews.
 
Wondered if you knew anything about them?

I haven't heard of them (but that doesn't mean anything). I have a lot of confidence in reviews such as those on Trip Advisor. If they have good reviews, you can feel confident you will have a good experience. 

I haven't been back to Lava Hot Springs since I went there one year with Scott and his family. It was a great trip and the large pool and platform for diving was quit an experience. I will bet it has changed a lot since then (early-mid 70s).
