In the summer of 2012, we took a brief escape with Melanie and Emily to the El Cid Riviera Mayan resort. There we spent a week enjoying the sites and sounds of the Mexican Riviera in full color and all its glory. Book of Mormon tour, zip-lining, beach-combing, sailing, shopping, Mexican Fiestas, Mayan hospitality, food, and swimming galore. It was unforgettable.
