My dad used to love to listen to Steven’s music. He insisted on our giving him the lyrics to read, because that way he could understand the intended meaning and catch all the implications of Steven’s talent and great choice of the words in each of his memorable songs.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the gift or knack of writing verses like Steven does. He has an uncanny ability to capture the vital. But fortunately I can borrow another’s lyrics, though the sentiments are all mine. Just for you Sweetheart.
