My father is an amazing man. He would love to have met you, Carly June. But some things will just have to wait. In the meantime, you can read about him in his online journal. I am confident that he is watching over you with great approval and happiness, if that kind of thing is allowed in the spirit world. I believe it is. In fact while we were leaving the stake center in the last general priesthood meeting that my father and I attended together, he said to me “Mathew, I have always believed that our ancestors are our guardian angels, but until tonight I hadn’t heard the brethren teach it.” 

Perhaps he is your guardian angel, just as you have been ours.
