I don't know if Grandma Sperry authored this phrase, but I grew up remembering it because she posted it on her fridge, and we saw it frequently during our visits to her home. Her life was evidence of that axiom, and many who knew her were influenced by it. My dad was one of those so affected.

And now the benefits accumulated by following the essence of this phrase will become a legacy for those who live to honor it. Whether or not Grandma Sperry authored it, she lived it. And that has made a difference in me.
