Mindshare Technologies customers came before the technology was completed, so for the first year I drove every day between Orem and Salt Lake City to fax early morning reports to all our customers 7-days-a-week––every single day of the year––including holidays and weekends. I did this consistently until the automation was developed to perform this function. Now automated processes efficiently handle thousands of customer calls daily with on-demand availability 24x7.
Technology evolved into the world's premier survey process, which monitors the customer experience daily. Jeff and I both ultimately owe accolades to John and Kurt and Rich and Brad and Lonnie and many others for the success of the company.
