making it big

​Dear family, 

Over time I've met a few people from Switzerland here. ALL of them immediately recognize my last name. It makes me so happy to just talk about my family. This past Sunday a family from Switzerland came to church. They were saying how apparently there's some hardcore wrestler guy with the last name of Stucki in Switerzland who won this huge national wrestling tournament for the year of 2016 and now he's called the "the king" for that year or something. So, just so you know we have a distant ancestor who's making it big in Switerzland. Haha

This week I studied the talk "Fourth floor last door" and it basically just sums up my whole week. It was one of those weeks where for almost the whole week you go about working and working and not really feel like you're making any difference but then all of the sudden at the end, something happens and it's awesome! That moment where it "happened" for me was Sunday night, literally the very end of the week. The first guy we tried to talk to that night completely just ignored us. I was starting to wonder if that was how the rest of the night was going to go when we stopped at a park and talked to some man on a bench. I asked him what the most important thing in his life was and from there the conversation just got better and better. He was so interested in hearing our message. He offered his contact information before we even asked! Then, right after that conversation the very next guy we started talking to was the exact same thing! He was Muslim and has been here in Italy for over 20 years. He was so interested to!! 

It was just a testimony to me that we really just have to keep trying. We never know when God is going to give us success. It honestly doesn't make sense to give up just because we don't get what we want right when we want it. God just asks us to keep trying. 

I love you all! I know God answers all of our prayers. Answers do come!
