There are only six ways: More- give the customer more of what they want Better- how can you do better everyday? Faster- make saving the customer time an issue Different- do something unique or novel Less- take away things the customer doesn't want Funner- add fun to the equation Add value to the customer without costing anything extra. What's not to love?
