​Its pretty crazy that the last email is already here. Its doesn't seem real yet but yesterday at church was super hard. I had to give my farewell speach and say goodbye to so many loving friends. I love these people with all my heart. I didn't realize the magnitude of one simple choice to serve a mission and the lasting effects that it leaves on the missionaries who turn themselves over to the Lord. Its a time that i wouldn't give up for the world and a time i would give the world to see a young man head out on a mission. Thanks to this missionary work that i have been able to be apart of i can say without a doubt in my mind and heart that this is Gods restored Gospel and is the best way to ensure lasting peace and happiness through out life and eternity. I will never deny that no matter what. Among millions of south koreans that we see passing by every member that we have stumbled into has always stood out of the crowd with the light of Christ in there eyes. I know people say that all the time and sometimes living in Utah makes it hard to see that but seeing millions of people here in korea and then that one member really helps one see the ways this gospel and the blessing from it change a person and give him a different glow. I love you all and encourage you all to get deeper into the gospel, no matter where you are at its the direction that matters most. So pls stay facing Christ no matter what speed you are going in his direction. love you all so much. I cant say that enough.

This week was great. Its crazy how this is the second to last email and then i will be back home in the States.  Its been another great week here in the mission. We were able to see Ryan our recent convert receive the gift of the holy ghost yesterday at church. Its so amazing to see him change every day he has this gospel. We still have some great people we are trying to help toward baptism but getting them to church has been hard. I think once we get them coming though they should progress at a much faster rate. Its been crazy to see and feel the love and support of all the great Korean people that i have been able to come in contact with on my mission and all the love they show towards me as i close out my missionary service here in Korea. Its so humbling. One of my good friends came up to say good bye to me with his dad. Now they arnt members but we have really grown a close bond the last year together. Hes a very successful doctor here and so he doesnt have any shortage of money it seems like but he saw how bad my shoes were and bought me a brand new pair of nice dress shoes.  Yesterday the ward asked elder wagner and i to teach the youth during second hour of church and talk about sharing the gospel. It was great and it really gave us a stronger relationship with the youth and trust with the adults. I have a huge testimony of the Gift of the Holy Ghost! Missionary work would be a total bust if it wasnt for the spirit. I have seen every day the promptings of the spirit guide my comp and i to do and say things that nobody would think to say or do. I cant imagine not having the confidence in the spirit and the guidance and revelation that it brings into my life. I encourage all of you to be conscious and focused that still small voice. That will guide you as you stay worthy of it. Dont expect to be on the other end of the earth than the spirit and expect to receive some crazy bomb of a miracle. Live within the lines and you will find the most peace and joy. That i truly know and have felt out here. love you all so much.

  Another great week in 의정부!!  The baptism of brother 이량 was amazing. He was so so happy to have the support of so many people and gave the greatest testimony after he was baptized. I am so excited for him and the start of happiest choice he will ever make. He has such a big heart and loves this gospel so so much. I could go on forever about the guy. Its such a pleasure serving under President and Sister Taylor. The love is overwhelming. They both came to the baptism and shared their testimonies of this gospel with 이량. We are emailing a little late because we just got out of an amazing lesson with the wife of a couple we have been meeting with for the past few months. She was so happy as we shared about the blessings of the temple and promised her family could be together forever. She committed to be baptized but urged us to help her husband progress faster so then can get baptized together. We also had another couple we found last week have interest in baptism but the only problem is they are living together so we talked about he law of Chasity and how they would need to be married before they are baptized. They seemed to like the idea and have been progressing. Also another investigator came to the baptism and was thrilled haha. He has been a little sluggish with progressing but after coming to the baptism he was really curious and excepted a soft baptismal date so that he could have his own baptism. Its just all been so humbling the last few months with all these miracles. This gospel is true and its the clear road map to having a happy life and a happy eternity with our families.

So we got a new mission president and mission mom. Pres and Sister Taylor. They are the best. I am so so sad i only get a little bit of time left with them but im glad to at least have a month with them. Yesterday my old investigator got baptized so the mission pres gave us permission to go. We ended up taking Ryan with us because he had never seen a baptism. He loved it. His date has been up in the air on when he wants to get baptized but he wasn't exactly sure but after the baptism and feeling the spirit he confirmed this Sunday the 15th to get baptized and even invited our mission President haha. Not to mention due to being a police officer he was up for 25 hours and still came with us to see the baptism. He also passed his baptismal interview so all is looking good for this Sunday!! The work is great here in 의정부. We found two new people to start teaching this week and they both seem very promising. One of them we met while we were doing to bracelet activity. He came up with his daughter and I helped them make a bracelet and as we talked he told me he had lots of interest in the gospel and wanted to learn more. So after church we met with him and the bishop and taught the Restoration along with other principles. It was a huge testimony builder for me that no matter what, the Lords hand is always involved and he is guiding this work. It gave me more motivation to be more bold about the gospel because there really are people out there that have a desire to find the truth and as i rely on the spirit to know what to say i will never be too overbearing with the message we share. The Baptismal dates are doing great. They both are progressing will and getting ready for july to be baptized. We also had a great lesson with a lady that we have been teaching with her husband when is time allows and last time we taught the Gospel of Jesus Christ and when we committed her to be baptized she said yes, but she wants to be baptized with her husband so we are coming up with a few different ways to build his desire to follow Christ. They are both 29 years old and i can just see them being the biggest benefit to the ward out here. Elder Wagner and i are very excited to do another one together. We all were pretty happy to hear the transfer call. Recently Elder Moorehead and i have been waking up at 6 to help him with korean and his teaching skills. He is struggling for sure with the language but i have already seen lots of improvement. Also the fireside last night was amazing it was super inspiring to hear my mission president and his wife's testimonies. I really have and will hold on to every word from President and Sister Sonsken. They are the best!! Love you all. Keep the flame!

Great week. Got another baptismal date for 이량. He is such a stud. Progressing so fast. Lexi walker came and we took 11 investigators to her concert and they all loved it. Its was nuts trying to direct everyone and keep them all in the same direction haha. Had a bunch of member presents and it seems like we might have a few more dates to set this week. The lord is blessing us. Just got back from blessing a member that lost their factor to a fire. They still had all smiles and so much love. Their faith is so strong. love you all.  Wow i cant believe how fast the time flies. It feels like i was just preparing for a mission yesterday and here i am with a million new reasons why i need this Gospel more than anything else. Its such a blessing.  Asia is a special place and will always be my home. I am so excited for the next batch of kids to come out and serve the Lord and learn so much through this work. It truly does change lives and its been such a huge foundation for me as i close and head into the World. I wouldnt trade these years for anything. Love you all

solid solid week. This week has been really good. We found a part member family to teach. The daughter was baptized a few years ago and is in Utah at school but her parents are both non members. We went out and got some food with them and they seem very down to earth and eager to learn more about our church. The couple that we have been teaching are doing great. We shared the plan of Salvation last time and they asked some really good questions. I think by this week we should have a baptismal date at least for the woman. Gabriel, our baptismal date holder, has been doing great and looks to be on track for June 24th to baptized. He is so so awesome and has taught me so much. We also have a few other progressing investigators that are doing great.
